Fitness4All is a co-ed weekly fitness program (for both men and women) designed to use age appropriate and culturally appropriate activities to enhance their physical fitness and mental health.

About the Program

  • Fit4Life offers in-person and virtual sessions and includes:
    • Zumba
    • Walking
    • Yoga
    • Free flow dance sessions
    • Educational workshops on health-related topics
    • And much more!

Who Can Participate?

  • Newcomer women and men ages 18 and up
  • Any residency status (Permanent Resident, Citizen, Visitor or Work Permit)
  • All language levels welcome!
