Fitness4All is a co-ed weekly fitness program (for both men and women) designed to use age appropriate and culturally appropriate activities to enhance their physical fitness and mental health.

Fit4Life offers in-person and virtual sessions and includes:

Walking
Yoga
Free flow dance sessions
Educational workshops on health-related topics
And much more!
Who Can Participate?
Newcomer women and men ages 18 and up
Any residency status (Permanent Resident, Citizen, Visitor or Work Permit)
