NextGen Girls Summer Program
The NextGen program is a part-time summer leadership program for newcomer girls ages 8-14 camp for girls. The program is designed to adopt experiential learning strategies to enhance the girls’ personal and community leadership capacity.

About the Program
- It is for girls ONLY
- Typically, it runs between July and August, Monday to Thursday from 12 pm to 4 pm
- The program contents include:
- Leadership development workshops
- Field trip to historical sites
- Guest speakers’ workshops on Canadian culture and peoples
Note: This is a very popular program and so registration is limited. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the selection process.
Who Can Participate?
- Girls 8 to 14 years of age and who parents are not permanent residents of Canada.
- Temporary residents (open and closed work permit holders, refugee claimants with a work permit) and Canadian Citizens

- The NextGen program is designed to assist young girls aged 8 to 14 in developing leadership skills and empower them for future leadership opportunities.
- We begin accepting applications in April of every year.
- You should bring your proof of immigration documents (Work Permit or Canadian Passport) to be eligible to register for the program.
- You need to fill out a centralized intake form and a program form to register your child/children in the program.
- Once you register your child, we will review their eligibility to participate.
- Our team will communicate the final decision to you.
